Emerging Leaders Fellowship Program

EMA Advisory Services is proud to support the "Dr. Elizabeth M. Adams" - Emerging Leaders Initiative (ELI) Fellowship Program in partnership with the Minnesota Responsible AI Institute.

This Fellowship creates space for emerging leaders to make sense of a rapidly changing world through their own lived experience, with AI as one of the most consequential forces shaping work, identity, and economic opportunity today.

Designed for individuals under the age of 30 with a meaningful connection to Minnesota, the program invites Fellows to engage deeply with questions about workforce development, sustainability, economic success, and identity in an AI-influenced world.

Over a 90-day period, Fellows:

• Develop a guiding question grounded in their personal experience
• Author a four-part written series exploring key themes related to AI and the workforce
• Complete a final reflection on how their thinking has evolved
• Record a short video sharing their insights and perspective
• Receive leadership coaching support throughout the Fellowship experience 

Fellows also receive a stipend and a curated set of leadership materials to support their experience.

The ELI Fellowship is an opportunity to contribute to a growing body of insight on how emerging leaders are making sense of AI in real time.
